JOHNSON, Vt. (WCAX) - Police are asking the public for help identifying a bank robbery suspect.
The robbery happened Tuesday at about 11:30 a.m. at the Union Bank on Main Street.
Lamoille County Sheriff Roger Marcoux says the robber handed a note to a bank employee demanding cash. The man did not show a weapon. Investigators say he then took off on foot on Route 15 toward Jeffersonville. It’s not clear whether he got into a vehicle.
