Decker Towers residents form neighborhood watch

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Residents at the state’s largest subsidized housing project say they are fed up with crime and drug dealing in their building. After repeated attempts to get the Burlington Housing Authority to take action, some Decker Towers residents have taken matters into their own hands.
